overstock

it might be overstock to have this many bags hanging my closet, but i do like to have a wide variety for people to look through when they want to purchase one, over 40 doesn't seem like to many right? i have made atleast 12 since we moved to colorado last year, certainly have not kept pace with previous years work, but i know for a fact that the next bag i make will mark #377, and with easily 100 in my profile binders ready to sew i have plenty of work to do before i ever have to purchase any fabric.

red onion

i really love this bag this 2013 year, the main fabric is a piece i received from my grandma holgerson and is accented with red and turquoise and browns, it took years for me to decide what i wanted to do with it, it was almost big enough to use as a covered head board project but when i realised that it would be the happiest made into some bags that is what i did, i even gave her a bag a few years back on her birthday, i had to fly out and go to her lunch party as i was invited to go to the red onion, it is a fabulous invite written in sharpie on a napkin, i just love that gal

taylor

a deep purple bag for lorraine taylor, her reply to an inquiry a scout leader had as troy was marking off in WY a swim requirement  (he's got natural talent) so that he could attend scout camp with chance, her reply was google 'mark taylor' and that will explain it. ~i am still trying to be a the friend to others that you were to me personally and to our family mark. as always ~"burgers, baskin robbins cake, muscle milk, kfc, shamWOW"~all items mark has dropped off at the house randomly after a conversation, and all after 10p.m. of course, and usually he was in stealth mode while sneaking up the sidewalk, i bust up laughing when ever i think of any of these things delivered in such a manner. i just love that i can see his gleaming face and smile every time i think of it.
